What are your shipping fees?

Our shipping fees are as follows:

  • Metro Manila – PHP70
  • Provincial – PHP140

Please take note that shipping fees are already reflected in your invoice when you checkout. Our checkout system automatically calculates your shipping costs after you input your address.

Prices are subject to change depending on courier rates.

How do we get free shipping?

How fast can I expect my order to be delivered?

We normally ship out orders 1-3 days after payment confirmation. You can expect the following emails from us: (1) Payment Confirmation Email (2) E-mail notification that your order has been shipped, together with shipping details. (3) E-mail confirmation once order has been successfully delivered and completed.

Your package should be delivered within 3-5 working days from shipment date.

Provincial areas

Kindly expect your package within 7-10 days from shipment date.

International

Kindly expect your package within 2-4 weeks from shipment date. Sometimes, you might expect some delay from customs. In this particular instance, we will give you the tracking number and help you follow up your orders.

IMPORTANT: Shipment time may vary depending on the courier’s pick-up and delivery dates. No worries, we’ll provide you with a tracking number to help you monitor the status of your package.

Will I be notified once my order is shipped?

Yes, we will send you an email once your order has been shipped. We will also send you a final email to notify you when the order has been delivered.

What areas do you ship to?

We ship nationwide in the Philippines. We also ship worldwide. For international orders and shipments, kindly send us a message at [email protected]

Do you ship internationally / outside the Philippines?

Yes, we do! Our checkout system currently accepts addresses nationwide in the Philippines only.

Can I request to pick-up my package at courier branch instead? - For deliveries in the Philippines only

Yes, you may. If for some reason you prefer to pick-up your package at a courier branch instead, please place this request under “Additional Notes” before you checkout. Doing so will notify us that you prefer this arrangement over door-to-door delivery.

What are your policies on return packages?

Packages are normally returned if there is no one to receive the package in the shipping address. If this happens, we will inform you at once. You may opt to pick up the package at the courier branch, or have your order re-delivered again. Kindly take note that customers will shoulder whatever additional shipping fee this may incur.

What are your policies on damaged orders?

All our products undergo quality control. In the event that you receive a damaged product, please send us a message, together with a photo of the damaged product to [email protected], within 3 days from the date you receive your order.
