Which payment methods are accepted in the online shop?

Are there any additional fees on paying online?

We recommend paying via over the counter bank deposit or mobile banking fund transfer because it’s quick, convenient and free!

No, there are no additional fees in this payment method. Just simply go to BPI or BDO and deposit the money. If you are a BPI and BDO account holder, you may also opt to do a fund transfer via mobile banking. It’s very convenient. There’s no need to line up. Best of all, it’s free.


There are no additional fees in this payment method. While PayPal charges a minimal fee for using their checkout gateway, we want everything to be smooth and convenient for our customers. Therefore, if you prefer to pay via PayPal, the minimal fees incurred will be shouldered by us.

Our site has a Security Layer Certificate installed so your data is protected. Furthermore, when you pay via credit card, you input your details via Paypal, a safe, secure and reliable payment getaway used by millions of e-commerce stores worldwide.

What happens to orders with incomplete payments?

To be fair to all our customers, Play Platter will not deliver any orders with incomplete payments. Don’t worry! We will inform you at once when this happens. Afterwards, we appreciate if you can remit the balance as soon as possible so we can proceed with completing your order.

To avoid delays, please make sure you deposit, transfer or send the correct payment amount to the correct account number.

What are your policies on refunds and order cancellations?

Order Cancellation

If we haven’t had your order shipped yet, we can cancel your order and send the payment back to you. Kindly inform us as soon as possible because orders cannot be cancelled anymore once it is in transit.

Refund Policies

In order cancellations, we will not refund the Paypal fees the customer shouldered. When we refund your payment, kindly indicate how you’d like to receive the money (bank deposit or Paypal).

Refund via Paypal

When we refund money via Paypal, kindly take note that the customer will shoulder the minimal fees we will incur. For your convenience, we will deduct the fee amount to the money to be refunded.

What are your policies regarding damaged or incomplete products?

All our products undergo quality control. In the event that you receive a damaged product, please send us a message, together with a photo of the damaged product to [email protected], within 3 days from the date you receive your order.
